Sneak Peak into our Great Montana Getaway...

Montana is our home state...

and we all feel a very strong connection to our beautiful home state.

A pull to once again call it home...

but until then we will steal away as often as we can.

We knew it was going to be good when we passed this only an hour into our trip...

Yep...that's big bad Dog and Beth!  :)

It was a getaway so filled with all things great.

A night in Missoula...

what a beautifully fun place.

Missoula was where Macey, Steve and I shared our first home.

It was a short stay and we were off to Whitefish...

What a beautiful drive from Missoula to Whitefish...

Flathead and all it's beauty NEVER get old!

 

Once in Whitefish we enjoyed catching up with Steve's family at their family reunion.

 Such good people...

 

 (will post the rest of the family reunion pictures later this week)

Then onto Trout Creek with a cabin on Noxon for four gloriously relaxing days...

 (more on that later this week too!!!)

we finished out Great Montana Getaway with four fun filled days in Big Sky with my family...

yes helmets were involved...

we go hard...

when we play sequence!  :)

(and yes you guessed it more pictures later this week)

It was heaven...

every stop!

And we were gone just long enough that...

we are sooo happy to be back home in Gillette.

He's a really good man.

Puts up with a lot!

...I am kind of crazy chaotic...

He rolls with it pretty well.

He works REALLY hard to provide a GREAT life...

for the kids and I.

He doesn't ask for much in return.

I am THANKFUL for him everyday...

even when I am being unreasonable and it might not seem like it.

I know I am VERY blessed.

Summer is...

...almost here!

In fact today is the last day of school for the boys...

at 1:00 and 1:30 summer officially began...

for the Curry boys.

Can I just say it's just beautifully green here right now?

 ok maybe not that green but close:

Green for a very dry place.

Don't you just love the entrance to our subdivision?

Two of the three entrances have large green spaces...

...wetlands...
(not sure technically but that is what I call them)

It never gets old.

LOVE it!

Anywho...

It rained from last Tuesday thru Friday.

Ditches, creeks, local fishing "lake" all very full.

 Greens are very green.

Going to make sure I enjoy it while it lasts!

The sun came out Saturday and has been shining since...

which allowed for a beautiful weekend.

Running, yard work, flower planting...

 Yes summer is almost here.

 And I look forward to many a full weekends.

Thankful!

I am going to post away without a schedule or any commitment...

just for fun and when I feel like it...

going to stay away from facebook for a while...

but I am not going to check in all the time to see how many likes I have...
