Man I love black and white photos - alot of these were for my photography class - I just never developed them - so I took them in - these are my favorites:

Tribby Stein Wedding

I had the priviledge of doing the bridesmaid jewelry for Sarah (Tribby) Stein's wedding. She was such an easier client to work with - she showed me a style on my website that she liked and asked that I do 5 of them in black and that is what we did. She loved them - and they looked so beatiful on the bridesmaids - don't you agree? Thank you Sarah for the honor!




By the way - isn't Sarah a beautiful bride....

Steve will be running his first TRAIL marathon tomarrow at the Freestate Trail Marathon in Lawrence, Kansas. It's rainy here today (and sounds like it is in Lawrence too) - but it's supposed to be dry this afternoon and tomarrow - so hopefully it will dry the trails out a bit - but I am not holding my breath. He is excited and we are excited to tag along and watch him come through the finish line. What a stud!!! Will report when we get back.....

Lessons Learned While Gardening...

1) Never wear flip flops while pruning roses
2) Never wear your favorite lycra running pants while pruning roses
3) Welding leathers would be a desirable article of clothing to wear while pruning roses - even if it is hot out.

Yes roses are beautiful but man did they kick my butt this week!!!

It is so beautiful called Brilliance Just one $80.00 7 1/4 inches. Those are faceted green amethysts! So so so beautiful! Ummm....did I mention it is beautiful? :)

Perfect Sunday

So Steve wanted to get a trail run in on Sunday so we decided to go to Platte River State Park. We had a wonderful time. All of us!!! He ran and the kids and I hiked and explored. It is such a beautiful place.
Connor loves taking pictures - so he manned the digital camera while I used the rebel. These are his photos.
